how to use:

• Rinse your mouth with the mouthwash 2–3 times a day, undiluted, for 60–90 seconds and then spit out.
• Hold the bottle upright and squeeze gently until the 10 ml mark is reached.
• The last rinse is best done in the evening before going to bed.
• Do not swallow.
