Exchange & Returns
Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, provided it complies with official regulations and the product is in its original condition.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with payment provider rules and timelines.

For overseas orders, refunds will be processed only after the returned items are received and inspected. Applicable customs duties, service charges, taxes, and shipping fees will be deducted.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Beauty Vitamins reserves the right to modify or cancel any order after contacting the customer, if necessary.

Compliance with Laws
All transactions, sales, exchanges, and returns must comply with applicable national laws and regulations.

Sales and returns of medicines, supplements, and vitamins are subject to the Ministry of Health regulations No. 2/2012 and No. 3/2013.

International Orders
Payment for international orders must be made in advance.

Returns for international orders will only be accepted after receiving and inspecting the goods, and refunds will be issued after deducting applicable charges.
