  • Estimated international delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days, starting from the next business day after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of shipping companies.

3. Required Shipping Information

Customers are required to provide complete and accurate shipping details to ensure successful delivery, including:

  • Valid phone number
  • Complete and detailed shipping address

Beauty Vitamins is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Failed Delivery or Customer Information Errors

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability 
  • Customer-requested shipment modification or cancellation after dispatch

The customer will be responsible for all shipping, return, and reshipping charges, if applicable.

5. Shipping issue Caused by Beauty Vitamins

In case of an error caused by Beauty Vitamins, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping an incorrect product
  • Missing items or quantity discrepancies
  • Errors in order processing or shipping details caused by our team

Beauty Vitamins will take responsibility for resolving the issue in accordance with our internal review and customer service policies.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

These charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the customer’s country and are solely the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused entry, rejected, or returned by customs or any governmental authority for regulatory reasons, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and return fees.

Certain products are subject to shipping restrictions, including:

  • Medicines: Not available for international shipping.
  • Lipolysis products: Not shipped to Bahrain and Malaysia.

Beauty Vitamins reserves the right to cancel or delay any order containing restricted products.
