Hemopran Cream

A natural endorectal cream for hemorrhoid relief — soothes itching, burning, and pain with botanical actives.

Hemopran (Bioasm, Italy) — endorectal protective cream with 4% Ruscus aculeatus + horse chestnut, plus witch hazel, aloe, and avenanthramide. Comes with a hygienic applicator for internal application. Hormone-free and cortisone-free.

Benefits:
- Hemorrhoid pain, itching, and irritation
- Anorectal fissures (small tears around the anus)
- Bleeding during bowel movements (mild)
- Post-haemorrhoidectomy comfort care
- Pregnancy-related hemorrhoids

How to Use:
EXTERNAL: Apply a small amount to clean dry external anorectal skin 2-3 times daily. INTERNAL: For internal hemorrhoids, attach the included applicator and gently insert. Press to release a small amount inside, then withdraw. Use after bowel movements and at bedtime. Wash hands thoroughly before and after each use.

Precautions:
- Use only as directed — read the leaflet before first use
- Discard the applicator after each use OR clean it thoroughly with hot soapy water
- Stop if persistent burning, itching, or rash develops
- If hemorrhoid bleeding is heavy, persistent (>2 weeks), or accompanied by changes in bowel habits — see a doctor; could be a sign of more serious issues
- Don't use during active anal/rectal infection without doctor's approval
- Keep out of reach of children

Q&A:
Q: Will it stop the bleeding?
A: Mild bleeding from external hemorrhoids and small fissures usually improves within 5-7 days of consistent use. The astringent witch hazel + ruscus extract help constrict swollen veins and tighten the tissue. For persistent bleeding (>2 weeks) or heavy bleeding, see a doctor — could indicate something other than hemorrhoids.

Q: Can I use this during pregnancy?
A: Yes — Hemopran's hormone-free, cortisone-free formulation is specifically indicated for pregnancy use. Hemorrhoids in pregnancy are very common (up to 30% of pregnant women) and most resolve postpartum. Hemopran provides safe, gentle relief throughout.

Q: When should I see a doctor instead of self-treating?
A: Bleeding that's heavy, lasts more than 2 weeks despite treatment, or comes with changes in bowel habits/stool colour. Severe pain, prolapsed hemorrhoids that don't go back, or fever. These need medical evaluation — sometimes hemorrhoid symptoms can mask other colorectal issues.
