Bebina Medicine Feeder - Orange

A silicone-bulb medicine dispenser for accurate dosing of liquid medicines into a baby's mouth — in orange. Bebina is a regional baby-care brand carrying a complete feeding-and-soothing range — feeding bottles, weaning bottles, silicone pacifiers, pacifier clips, baby spoon-feeders, a medicine dispenser and a manual nasal aspirator.

- Calibrated bulb tip — squeeze-and-release for measured dosing
- Soft silicone tip — gentle on baby's mouth and gums
- Easier than a syringe for first-time parents
- BPA-free

Benefits:
- Squeeze-bulb bottle design — gentle controlled dose delivery
- Soft silicone tip — won't scratch or trigger gag reflex
- Calibrated markings on the bulb for visible dosage measurement
- Easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to sterilise
- Top-rack dishwasher safe

- Administering paracetamol, ibuprofen, antibiotic suspensions, or any liquid medicine your doctor prescribes
- Babies and toddlers who resist a regular spoon
- Travel — easy to pack in a baby first-aid kit

How to Use:
Sterilise before first use and after every use. Read the prescribed dose carefully on the medicine bottle. Squeeze the bulb to expel air, dip the tip in the medicine, and release the bulb to draw up the exact dose. Place the tip in baby's mouth at the side cheek (not the back of throat) and gently squeeze. Pause and let baby swallow before adding more if the dose requires multiple draws.

Precautions:
- Always confirm the dose by reading the medicine label and your doctor's prescription — never guess
- Aim toward the cheek pocket, not the back of the throat (risk of aspiration / gagging)
- For thick suspensions (some antibiotics), shake well before drawing
- Use IMMEDIATELY after drawing the dose; medicine left in the bulb can crystallise on the tip
- Sterilise after each use — leftover medicine residue can grow bacteria
- Keep medicines out of reach of children

Q&A:
Q: Why use this instead of a regular spoon?
A: Spoons spill, especially with a wriggling baby. The bulb dispenses gradually and lets you control the rate — baby is more likely to swallow than spit out, and the dose is more accurate.

Q: How do I get the exact dose right?
A: Most medicines come with a dosing syringe in the box — use that for very precise dosing (e.g., paracetamol drops). This dispenser is best for slightly larger doses (e.g., antibiotic suspensions) where +/- 0.2 ml doesn't matter clinically. For high-precision drugs, use the syringe that comes with the medicine.

Q: Why aim at the cheek?
A: Aiming straight at the throat can trigger gagging or, worse, cause baby to inhale (aspirate) liquid into the lungs. Aim into the cheek pocket so baby has time to taste, swallow, and not panic.
