O2 organic cotton panty liners 20 pc

100% certified organic cotton panty liners — chemical-free for sensitive intimate skin.

O2 Organic Cotton panty liners are made from 100% certified organic cotton — no synthetic fibres, no fragrance, no chemical bleaching, no rayon, no SAP (super-absorbent polymers). Suitable for daily light flow, end-of-period light spotting, or daily freshness. Especially recommended for women with sensitive intimate skin or recurrent yeast/BV issues that worsen with synthetic products.

Benefits:
- Daily freshness (mid-cycle discharge)
- End-of-period light spotting
- Backup for tampon/menstrual cup
- Sensitive intimate skin or vulvar irritation
- Recurring yeast infections (organic cotton breathes better)
- Postpartum light spotting (after lochia heavy phase)

How to Use:
Peel the backing paper. Place the liner with adhesive side down on the underwear. Change every 4-6 hours, or sooner if needed. Don't use for heavy menstrual flow — switch to a regular pad or tampon. Dispose in waste bin (don't flush).

Precautions:
- Change every 4-6 hours regardless of fullness — moist environment promotes bacteria/yeast
- Discontinue immediately if irritation, redness, or itching develops
- Don't use as a substitute for proper menstrual products during heavy flow
- Organic cotton liners are NOT super-absorbent — for heavier needs, use regular pads
- If you notice unusual discharge or odour, see gynaecologist (could be infection unrelated to liner)

Q&A:
Q: Organic cotton vs regular liners — really different?
A: Yes — regular liners often contain rayon, polyethylene, polypropylene, plus fragrance and chemical bleaching agents. Organic cotton (this) is just cotton — fewer potential irritants. Many women with sensitive skin or recurring yeast/BV switch and notice improvement.

Q: Daily liner use — too much?
A: Daily use IS associated with mild higher rates of yeast/BV in some studies (synthetic liners trap moisture). Organic cotton liners are MORE breathable, so the risk is lower. Still, give the area 'breathing time' (overnight, weekends without liner) when possible.

Q: Are they bio-degradable?
A: 100% organic cotton liners ARE bio-degradable (slowly composts). However, they often have a synthetic adhesive backing or wrapper that's NOT biodegradable. Look for fully bio-degradable or compostable options if that matters to you.
