An eyebrow pencil with a soft, wax-based, waterproof and long-lasting formula that fills in sparse areas and defines the brow shape with natural, hair-like strokes. Includes a spoolie brush for blending. Shade 02.

How to Use

  1. Sharpen the tip and draw short strokes in the direction of hair growth to fill gaps
  2. Brush through with the spoolie to soften and set the shape
