Spandex Elastic Bandage 15cmx4.5m Z145 Qattan

A 15 cm × 4.5 m high-elastic spandex bandage for daily first-aid and post-injury support.

- Qattan Group, Kuwait — major regional manufacturer of medical bandages and first-aid supplies
- Made and packaged in Kuwait — fresh local stock
- Reusable: machine-washable and sterilizable for repeat use until visibly worn

Benefits:
- Material: cotton blended with elastic spandex fibre
- Very high stretch — extends to several times its length and recoils to apply firm controlled compression
- Standard 4.5 m roll length — covers most everyday bandaging needs
- Best for thighs, full-leg wraps, abdominal support, and large area dressings
- Hook closures or safety pins typically included; fastens at any tension

- Sprained or strained joints — apply firm compression to control swelling
- Post-injury support during the recovery period
- Post-surgical wraps to hold dressings in place
- Varicose-vein support (under doctor's guidance)
- Sports use during running, gym, hiking — gentle support during activity
- First-aid kit essential for home, car, and workplace

How to Use:
Start at the joint or distal point and wrap toward the body, overlapping each turn by half its width. Maintain even, comfortable tension — firm but never tight enough to restrict circulation. Check fingers/toes for warmth and colour every hour; if numbness, tingling or colour change appears, loosen immediately. Secure at the end with the included hook or safety pin.

Precautions:
- Do not apply directly over open or actively-bleeding wounds — cover with a sterile gauze dressing first
- Do not wear continuously overnight unless your doctor has advised it
- Loosen if fingers/toes become cold, blue, numb, or tingly — circulation is being restricted
- Wash with mild soap in cool water; air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight
- Replace if the elasticity is lost or the bandage is torn or stained
- Keep out of reach of unsupervised young children (choking hazard from clips/pins)

Q&A:
Q: How tight should I wrap it?
A: Snug enough to provide noticeable compression but loose enough that you can slide one finger underneath without forcing it. If your fingertips or toes turn cold, blue or feel numb within 30 minutes, the wrap is too tight — loosen immediately.

Q: Can I wear it overnight?
A: Generally not recommended for healthy adults — circulation slows during sleep and a tight wrap can become problematic. Exceptions: post-surgical wraps prescribed by your doctor, or specific compression therapy. Always follow medical guidance.

Q: How many times can I reuse it?
A: A well-cared-for bandage typically lasts 10-20 wash cycles before the elasticity weakens. Replace it when the wrap no longer holds its shape after stretching, or when fabric becomes thin, frayed, or stained.
