O2 organic cotton regular pads 10 pc

Regular-flow sanitary pads in 100% organic cotton — for moderate menstrual days.

O2 Organic Cotton regular pads are made from certified organic cotton with a thin absorbent core (typically still cotton, sometimes with a small amount of natural cellulose pulp). NO chlorine bleach, NO synthetic SAP (super-absorbent polymers), NO fragrances. Suitable for moderate menstrual flow days. Soft cotton-feel topsheet, leak-proof natural backing.

Benefits:
- Regular menstrual days (moderate flow)
- Sensitive skin or known reaction to synthetic pads
- Eczema or vulvar dermatitis
- Postpartum light-medium flow (after first 1-2 weeks of heavy lochia)
- Switching from disposable plastic pads to natural alternatives

How to Use:
Peel the backing. Place sticky side down on underwear, with wings (if present) folded around the underwear sides. Change every 3-4 hours, or sooner if soiled. Don't wear longer than 4 hours during the day, 6-8 hours overnight (which has lower flow). Wrap and dispose properly (don't flush).

Precautions:
- Change every 3-4 hours during day — toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is rare but possible with prolonged use
- Don't combine with tampon for double protection on regular days — different mechanisms, can cause issues
- Heavy flow may require Super or Maxi size — Regular won't be enough
- If you experience unusual rashes, switch products and see doctor
- Pads have a shorter usage lifespan after opening — store dry and use within 1-2 years

Q&A:
Q: Organic cotton vs regular plastic-backed pads?
A: Organic cotton — softer, less synthetic chemicals, more breathable, biodegradable core. Regular plastic-backed — thinner, often more leak-resistant but plastic against skin can irritate sensitive users. For sensitive skin, organic wins; for heavy active days, plastic-backed may have better leak protection.

Q: Compared to menstrual cups or period underwear?
A: Pads (this) — easiest to use, no insertion required, but daily disposable cost. Menstrual cup — reusable for years (eco-friendly, cheap long-term), but learning curve. Period underwear — reusable, very comfortable, but more expensive upfront. Many women combine multiple.

Q: Why no SAP (super-absorbent polymer)?
A: SAP is what makes mainstream pads ultra-thin and ultra-absorbent. However, some women have skin sensitivity to it, and there's debate about long-term contact with synthetic chemicals near intimate skin. Organic pads use natural cotton fibers for absorption — bulkier but more skin-friendly.
