Made from hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel, with 24-carat gold electroplating where applicable. Each pair is individually sealed and pre-sterilised. The 'Sensitive' line is nickel-free for the most reactive ears. How to Use:
Used WITH a Studex piercing instrument — the studs come pre-loaded in a sterile cartridge that fits the gun. Pierce, then leave the studs in for 6 weeks (earlobe) or 12 weeks (outer ear cartilage) to allow proper healing. During healing: clean with sterile saline twice daily, twist the stud gently each cleaning, avoid harsh soaps and creams. Don't change earrings until the canal is fully healed.
Precautions:
- Don't pierce yourself — go to a trained piercer with a sterile Studex instrument
- Stop and see a doctor if: severe pain, pus, fever, spreading redness — possible infection
- Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and sea water during initial healing — risk of infection
