Asentia Manuka Honey UMF 22+ is raw monofloral manuka honey from New Zealand in a 250 g jar. Asentia is a licensed member of the UMF Association and every batch is independently tested; the UMF 22+ grade corresponds to a methylglyoxal content of roughly 970 mg per kg, the compound manuka honey is valued for and the reason a higher grade commands a higher price.
