How to use:

• • Thoroughly wash and dry face.
• • Open the pouch and remove the strip from the transparent plastic.
• • Thoroughly wet your nose. (The strip will not stick on a dry nose).
• • Dry hands and apply the strip to the nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
• • Let it dry for about 10 –15 minutes until stiff to the touch.
• • Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges, pulling towards the center.
