How to use:

• -Pour 10 ml of Parodontax Extra Mint Mouthwash into the cap or a measuring cup.
• -Swish the mouthwash vigorously in your mouth for one minute. Make sure to move it around your teeth and gums to ensure that it reaches all areas of your mouth.
• -After rinsing for one minute, spit the mouthwash out into the sink. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
• -For optimal oral health, complete your routine by brushing your teeth with Parodontax Fluoride Toothpaste and using a parodontax Daily Toothbrush.

Recommendation for Usage:

• -It is recommended to use this mouthwash twice daily as part of your oral hygiene routine.
